It all began at the end of the 1800s when my great-great-grandfather Pietro started the art of butchery, a tradition carried on by Nicola, Giuseppe, and Nicola again, until it reached me, the fifth generation.

I offer you certified, top-quality meats: beef, veal, pork, lamb, chicken, and turkey, along with a full range of cured meats, including prosciutto, pancetta, and salami. Additionally, we produce our own sausages, porchetta, coppa, mazzafegati, fegatelli, skewers, and ready-to-cook preparations.

To complement the meats, we also provide excellent local cheeses and a wide selection of other food products.
